JLFitness – Trial, Billing & Cancellation Policy At JLFitness, we aim to provide every member with clear expectations and a smooth experience. Please take a moment to review the information below before starting a trial or activating a subscription. Free Trials If your plan includes a free trial, you will receive full access until the trial period ends. If you do not wish to continue your membership, you must cancel before the trial expires. Once the trial ends, the membership fee will be charged automatically. Payments processed after a trial cannot be refunded. Managing Your Subscription All JLFitness subscriptions renew automatically on their scheduled billing date. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel your subscription before your renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Failed or Declined Payments If a payment is unsuccessful, the system will automatically retry until the balance is cleared. You are still responsible for the payment for that billing period.
